Thank you for your feedback—we appreciate all the input. We are carefully reviewing every option and comment. While shifting to a four-day week may seem straightforward, it presents challenges. Currently, we receive credit for five professional development days, which count toward our instructional minutes. Losing these days due to state requirements would impact our schedule.
That said, our team remains committed to exploring all options that best serve our students, staff, and community. If any changes are proposed, we will present them to the staff and community for review before they are submitted to our board.
We value your input as we plan the 2025-2026 Instructional Calendar, and we encourage you to take a moment to review the calendar options and share your feedback. Your perspective is essential in helping us create a schedule that best supports our students, families, and staff.
Your feedback helps ensure we make the best decision for our school community. Please take a moment to review the options and submit your thoughts by Tuesday 2/25, at 3:00.
Calendar Option A, Calendar Option B and Calendar Option C are attached to this email. Once you have had time to review these 3 options, please click on the link below to vote on the option you would like to see for the 2025-2026 school year.
