Pre K / Kindergarten Registration Information-
Please bring the following required student documents:
*Birth Certificate
*Social Security Card
*Current Immunization Record
*Proof of Blooming Grove Residency (Light And Water Bill)
*Parent License or Photo ID (with BG address on it)
*Proof of Income (Pre K ONLY)
Pre K students must be 4 years old before Sept. 1, 2024.
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old before Sept. 1, 2024.
