Athletics & Marching Band PreParticipation Physicals

BG will be offering physicals for the 2022-2023 school year on Thursday, May 26th for girls and boys at 1:00 PM in the high school gym. This is required for incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th grade students who plan to participate in athletics or band.
Parents, complete the front of the form and send it with a $20 check/cash with your student. Forms are available at the high school and junior high office. Make checks payable to: Charles Dunnahoe.
